Mountain

Cardrona have offered GSW QT members, free mountain hosting during Gay Ski Week. Their experienced staff will show you around the mountain so you get an idea of what Cardrona has to offer. You may wish to try on one day or love it so much that you go every day! Cardrona will host an intermediate and advanced group from 1.30pm, everyday during Gay Ski Week QT. To take advantage of this fantastic offer, you will need to meet at the mountain base by the rainbow flags. Coronet Peak are hosting a very special singles evening of night skiing. This event will take place on Friday 31st August 2012 from 5pm before the Friday Frolics party. To take advantage of this event, you will need to purchase a night skiing pass from NZ Ski and register for the event at the base of the mountain. You will then enjoy speed dating at its most entertaining. Follow the line to cupid and they will help you onto the chair lift with that special someone. TRANSPORT
Serious Fun Snow Shuttles will be operating as Gay Ski Week QT’s main mountain transport provider. They will provide accommodation pick ups in the morning and take you to the mountain. Serious Fun offer smaller buses to escort you in comfort to the mountains and they are mainly used for Cardrona but if you have a group that wish to hire one of their buses to take to any other mountain, then this can be catered for also. Advanced bookings are essential and this can be done several ways. Either directly from their website www.snowshuttles.co.nz , via i-SITE Queenstown or with your accommodation provider.
